Ticketing FAQ
- How and when will I receive my concert tickets?
You will be receiving email communications letting you know your tickets to UNITY at Sphere were uploaded to Sphere Account Manager in advance of the show. Your Sphere Account Manager is linked to the same email address that you used when purchasing your Vibee package. You will use that email address to log into Account Manager. If that email does not already have a corresponding Ticketmaster.com account, then you will need to go through the signup process. There are instructions during the login process to let you know if you need to create an account!
- When will I know where I am sitting?
Your specific seat will be identified when your tickets are delivered digitally in advance of your show date. Tickets are generally delivered a few weeks prior to your event. Delivery date is based on when Vibee is provided the digital tickets by the event producer. We guarantee you will receive seats in the section/area you purchased.
- If I buy tickets in the 100 sections, will I be seated under the overhang?
No, Vibee has been allocated tickets that will be in the first 11 rows of each 100 level section, and will have full view of the screen and the stage.
- Will my tickets be transferable?
Yes. Sphere Account Manager allows for transfer of tickets.
- Do I need a smartphone to display my ticket to enter the event? Can I show more than one ticket on the same phone?
Yes, you will need to present your ticket on your phone to be scanned when entering the venue. When you select the concert that you will be attending on Account Manager, a message will be displayed on the page instructing you on how to access your ticket based on your device. When you arrive at Sphere, you scan those tickets to gain access to the venue! Headliners can display more than one ticket on the same smartphone.
- How will I receive my Vibee Experience Laminate?
Your Vibee Experience laminate will be picked up at the Vibee Concierge. You will receive an “Important Information” email prior to your event that will outline additional information regarding your Experience Package, as well as more information about the Vibee Concierge hours and location.
- Is there an age requirement for this Experience?
The primary guest on the package must be 21+ to meet hotel check-in requirements. UNITY at Sphere is not age restricted but all Headliners, including children, require a ticket. Additional Headliners may be under 21 but admission to certain package events may be restricted to those 21+.
- Is there anything guests should be aware of related to the use of special effects at Sphere?
Events at Sphere are immersive experiences that, depending on the event, may include elements such as seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, and atmospheric simulations. Such elements may aggravate certain medical or physical conditions, and guests should take into consideration if they have a history of discomfort or physical symptoms when experiencing these elements. If you are pregnant, you should consult with your physician prior to attending an immersive experience.
- Can I add tickets to a different concert than is already included in my package?
Vibee is unable to provide tickets outside of the tickets bundled with your hotel package at this time. If you are interested in purchasing additional tickets, please check availability and pricing on Ticketmaster.
- Can I buy tickets without a hotel?
Vibee is unable to sell tickets outside of the tickets bundled with the hotel packages. If you are interested in purchasing tickets only, please check availability and pricing on Ticketmaster.
- How do I access ADA services or accessible seating for UNITY at Sphere? How do I coordinate a companion seat?
If you require ADA accommodations at either the event or hotel, please reach out to Vibee Fan Experience and we will do our best to facilitate your accommodations. You can also phone or text us at 725-543-0725.
- Is re-entry permitted?
Exit and re-entry is not permitted at Sphere.
- Do children require tickets to attend UNITY at Sphere?
All guests require a ticket. Events may include immersive elements such as seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, and atmospheric simulations. There will be no refunds or partial refunds should any Vibee guest be restricted from a 21+ Vibee Experience event.
